Last week I spent 5 days climbing in North Wales with good friend Mark Agnew. We managed to bag a climb on the way up at Avon Gorge and then spent the next 4 days climbing multi pitch routes in the Llanberis and Ogwen area. A week of climbing in March, outside in North Wales with no rain, we couldnt of asked for better conditions.

First Aid Course
After a week off and enjoying the weather out on the sea, kayaking in Cornwall on both South and North coasts, I ran a first aid course for a local canoe club.The course consisted of resuscitation and recovery and then onto realistic and simplisitic approaches to first aid incidents.
