Making maximum use of the past few days good water levels, myself and good friend Ceri Williams run/completed a BCU 5 Star training course and assessment. Good and appropriatewater levels are crucial for this award and it took several attempts and dates to ensure the completion of both courses. The Upper Dart and Tavy where the venues used. Congratulations to all that passed the 5 star assessment and wish all the guys on the training course a successful assessment in the future.
