After running a few more coach education programmes for several companies and now with very low water levels and cold conditions,it has meant that I have had time to play. At last I have had time to do some more training, get out climbing and even doing some canoe sailing with friend and paddlesport tutor Baz. Although cold the wind was perfect force 5 and gusting!!!

Training, climbing & sailing (canoes)
After running a few more coach education programmes for several companies and now with very low water levels and cold conditions,it has meant that I have had time to play. At last I have had time to do some more training, get out climbing and even doing some canoe sailing with friend and paddlesport tutor Baz. Although cold the wind was perfect force 5 and gusting!!!
